Hermann history, food, and wine

This morning is nice and cool so Albert and I started the day with a walk around our campground. The sun rising above the trees was beautiful. Today we will explore the Germann settler's history, eat some German food, and visit a local winery 🍷

Kevin cooked cinnamon roll French toast & bacon on the Blackstone griddle before we headed out for a walking tour of downtown. We met several nice people and visited C. Husmann Wine Co for a brew & glass of wine before heading back to the NoBo.

Dinner at our favorite winery, Vintage 1847 Restaurant, for some wonderful German food. I had schnitzel with dill sauce and Kevin had the same with Jager sauce and a brat. Of course, the gift store had the perfect pottery cup for me.

Great day in Hermann for sure.
