Travel today was short and took us across the Delaware river at Philadelphia. We arrived in NJ, got the camper set up, and then drove to my mom's birth home in Collingswood, NJ. The house is as beautiful as I remember from my last visit and has a family with children living there now. The house previously sat on an entire city block with an orchard. There are many beautiful home sites in the historical district of Collingswood. We then drove into Philadelphia to see the sites and navigate traffic. We could spend a week going through the historical sites and museums for sure. Back to the camper for flounder grilled on the Blackstone with green beans and brown rice. Thank you Lord.

Off to Atlantic City, NJ today. There are so many things to see in this area! The battleship New Jersey, multiple capes, the boardwalk, sea gull sounds everywhere, the St Nicholas of Tolentine church, beautiful homes from years past, the old light house by the water, people of many languages, and the Biergarten for lunch. One final walk on the boardwalk by the beach to take in the beauty and to smell the salt water with a gentle tide rolling in. A good day of exploration!

Is this your Mom’s house? It’s gorgeous! How many rooms?

It's a 3 story home and was on a city block originally. It has many rooms, some of which have stained glass windows. It was built circa 1900.

Take in the sights along South Street. Parking is difficult but nothing but bars restaurants shops boutiques and characters
