King Phillip's Campground
After a great church service online we packed up in the rain to head to Lake George. We passed quite a few white water rafting businesses with large rafts and school buses with racks on top to carry the rafts. We also passed the hamlet of North River beside the Hudson River, the Walden House, and Fort William Henry.
The King Phillip's Campground is quite large with many residents living here full time. Our site, H6, is muddy due to rain but would otherwise be beautiful with nice tree cover. The cable TV is a plus!
Off we go to visit the outlet mall 5 miles away to find warmer clothes!

Lake George is a favorite lake for NY friends of ours. Glad you're getting some warmer clothing. Sounds almost downright cold up there! Still highs in the 80s here.
